These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Optimo ("Service") operated by TalkyTools (Optimo) ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account

You must be at least 18 to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Don't violate any law or third-party right.
• Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Don't upload malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Don't impersonate others.

3. Subscription & payments

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Charges via Stripe / Razorpay. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from account settings. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by TalkyTools (Optimo) and protected by copyright. You retain ownership of content you create in the Service; you grant us a license to host and display it solely to operate the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account anytime; data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for any purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkyTools (Optimo)'s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
